Since there is no more open houses during covid situation, agents need to schedule all the viewings and be there in order to tour the house. We sometimes asked him to tour some houses last minute, and he could fit them into the existing schedule so smoothly that we could view as many houses we would like. We learned so much from his advice as well. Coming from the architect background, he could provide more thorough and in-depth knowledge about the house: what to look for and what to avoid. This is especially helpful in the bay area where houses are typically 50 to 100 years old. We also appreciate his patience with our house hunting journey.
